Access Computech Pvt. Ltd. (ACPL) has been recognised and awarded by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) at the fourth edition of Aadhaar Samvaad, held in Hyderabad on the occasion of Aadhaar Day 2025.
This event was themed around innovation, non-government entity access to Aadhaar, and enhancements in the enrolment process, brought together senior government officials, technology partners, and state representatives.
The inaugural session of the event was led by Shri S. Krishnan, Secretary, MeitY, in the presence of Shri Neelkanth Mishra, Chairman UIDAI, and Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar, CEO, UIDAI, marking a day dedicated to reflecting on Aadhaar’s journey of empowerment and digital inclusion across India.
During the ceremony, UIDAI recognised Access Computech for our significant contributions as a Sandbox Partner, particularly for enabling Auth Client integration and developing sandbox-compatible Registered Device (RD) services, a critical foundation for testing and certification within the Aadhaar ecosystem.
The UIDAI Sandbox serves as a secure testing environment that allows device manufacturers and solution providers to integrate Aadhaar authentication in a controlled setting. By simulating real transactions without live data, it ensures compliance, interoperability, and security before solutions go live.
As one of the early contributors, we played a key role in operationalising the Sandbox. Access has helped run the Auth Client interface, provided RD services tailored for sandbox use, and collaborated closely with UIDAI’s Technology Centre to address integration challenges.
These efforts made the Sandbox more accessible and reliable for other device providers, accelerating certification timelines and fostering wider ecosystem innovation.
We see this recognition as a reflection of our team’s commitment to enabling secure and inclusive digital identity solutions.
Working with UIDAI on the Sandbox has been a milestone in strengthening India’s authentication infrastructure and helping new players enter the Aadhaar ecosystem with confidence.
